I have had a couple of successful gains from this 5 day challenge. The very most important one of them all was to find a new way to control my meal portions. Since I have had the meal plan, I have had the chance to actually sit and measure out my food portions in which I never really have done. I am a person who counts calories so this does mean a lot to know that how much you actually add to a meal will mean how many calories you are putting in the mix. So I learned, well still learning the discipline of portions as well. Having to see the meals broken down helps a lot and makes it easier to know before hand what I am eating. With new dishes look forward to trying. Lol!!!!
The other success I have had is that I loss 4 pounds as of today, so hopefully I would be another pound or two tomorrow since this is the last day and I haven't yet made it all the way through, but I feel the difference. My gut actually went down lol!!! Yeah I had one. Although I am on the realm of losing 5 pounds, this program was a start, and for more motivation I am interested in proceeding on to another challenge. My husband has been doing the challenge with me and he lost 4 pounds as of today so this program helped us tremendously to start jump our healthy lifestyle. My bad habit was eating out. By me having a meal plan I seen that it saved me money and it's healthier, even when I thought buying a McDonald's salad was healthy it isn't that much, because of sodium and what's added and it cost almost $5.00.
