Eating raw vegetable juice is one of the most powerful things you can consume. It delivers a concentrated dose of nutrients right to your body, and when drank on an empty stomach it is absorbed and used immediately.
But while the good foods are good, the bad foods are worse. Trying to eat healthfully while simultaneously eating toxic foods will not heal as effectively (and likely won’t heal at all). These are the #1 disease causing foods.
Did you know for doctors to identify and locate cancer they make the patient fast (eat nothing) and when you show up they inject sugar into you and the cancer runs to it? Cancer loves sugar. Did you also know...That our body only needs 1-3 tsp of natural sugar daily (you can easily get from eating natural foods). There is enough sugar in 3 cans of soda to wipe out your immune system for an entire day.
Someone fighting disease would want to eliminate all forms of concentrated sugars including refined sugars, dried fruits, fruit juices, honey, maple syrup, and sugar substitutes (except whole food (green) stevia). Small amounts of low-sugar fruit would be okay. But, for example, vegetable juices should consist of 2/3 carrot juice and 1/3 greens to balance the sugar from the carrots.

And also simple but overlooked are: stress, anger, worry, hatred, un-forgiveness. Studies after studies have shown the physical effects our thoughts have upon our body. So my advice is cultivate an attitude of gratitude. Find ways to be thankful in everything. Choose to be positive about every circumstance. Let go of fear and worry. And forgive. Don't hold grudges. Just let it go. Love and be happy. And laugh....a lot :)
And remember, that disease didn’t happen over night. It was created over the course of years and years. So give it time.
